Who We Are

Welcome to Sell My House Fast Atlanta! We are a local, family-owned company operated by Eric and Ashley Martin. We have resided in the Greater Atlanta Area for the past 10 years, and we started this business when we were in a difficult situation ourselves. We needed to sell our home for the most amount of money possible and — more importantly — extremely quickly. Throughout the process we soon realized that most of the companies that we spoke with were not truly out to solve our problem and lacked a certain level of compassion and empathy. They were more worried about how to close on a quick transaction. 

We turned this experience into what is now our passion, which is helping real people out of really difficult situations. Today, our company is one of most respected home buying companies in the Metro Atlanta area, and we’re here to help you out of whatever particular situation you may be facing. Our goal is to help you find the best solution for avoiding foreclosure or selling your house — even if that doesn’t mean selling your house to us. We’re here to provide you with options, and we’ll never pressure you to sell. We operate our business based on our Christian values, honesty, integrity and transparency. During our spare time we enjoy traveling, eating great food, and cheering on our local sports teams!
